Duties of the Sales Executive

  • Maintain good knowledge of market, targeted audience and competition.
  • Follow up and convert leads to clients.
  • Communicate the value of company solutions to potential clients.
  • Sales pitching and presentation.
  • Attending meetings with clients, Investigating and resolving queries and concern as raised by clients.
  • Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest updates in digital marketing and latest trends in the market.
  • Achieving/Exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Regularly update all the data related to lead and sales, onto the company system.
  • Reporting of all activities on a regular basis.

Duties of the Digital Marketing Officer

  • Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns.
  • Create and manage online adverts on Facebook and Google.
  • Optimize campaigns to drive results.
  • Reporting of all digital marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain the organization’s website for SEO.
  • Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
  • Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s)
  • Fix any errors or bugs in online content
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing and implement.

Skills & Qualification Requirements

  • Qualification BIM/BSc. IT [or any type of web development, IT training]
  • Sound knowledge of HTML/JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Google analytics.
  • Experience in Facebook ads manager and Google Adwords
  • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

Duties of a Jr. Marketing Executives include:

  • Maintain good knowledge of market, targeted audience and competition.
  • Generate leads using telemarketing, email marketing, SMS marketing, offline/online channels.
  • Follow up leads and inform them about our products and services.
  • Assist team in developing proposals, contracts, presentation etc. similar contents and schedule meetings.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing and information technology.
  • Achieving/Exceeding monthly sales and revenue targets.

Duties of the Web Designer

  • Creating website designs
  • Producing sample sites
  • Meeting with clients to discuss requirements and/or project progress
  • Demonstrating and receiving feedback about draft sites
  • Keeping up to date with recent technological and software developments
  • Developing skills and expertise in appropriate software/programming languages such as HTML and Javascript
  • Creating products that are user-friendly, effective and appealing
  • Digital retouching and image editing

Skills & Qualification Requirements

  • Qualification BIM/BSc. IT/ BE Computer or completed training in Web Designing.

  • Outstanding Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Jquery , Sass and Bootstrap or equivalent framework

Duties of the Client Relationship Officer

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
  • Research for opportunities for further sales within key clients and drive sales.
  • Attending meetings with clients to resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
  • Inform clients know about other products/services company offers.
  • Working closely with all departments and clients to develop a positive customer relationship journey with the organization, ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Monitor and optimize work process to ensure smooth flow of operations and maximum efficiency at work.
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
  • Planning and delivering strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.

Duties of the Business Development Officer

  • Assist in planning for company Business development and Brand marketing goals to drive growth.
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives and activities for our company brand, including campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and develop strategic partnerships (PR strategies, affinity marketing, influential marketing etc.)
  • Continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products/services in the marketplace.
  • Actively represent company in events/seminars and public events.
  • Achieving/Exceeding targets and KPIs as set by CMO.
